alright so im thinking of getting some longboard trucks later on and putting them on one of my old skateboard decks web hosting. this way i won't have to waste money on a cruiser deck. im not too sure about how it would work though. i know i have to sand down the part above the wheel to reduce wheelbite but i don't know if the screws will fit in the same wholes of the normal skateboard. any experience or suggestions? also can anyone recommend some awesome longboard trucks/wheels/bearings dedicated hosting

Yes this will work. I did it with my board. Most trucks have six holes to fit new and old school drill patterns. I wouold suggest Randal RII trucks or Paris. They give a great carving experience. For wheels go with retro freerides, Abec11 wheels or orangatangs. For bearings get bones reds vps hosting. I would also suggest just buying a longboard. It is so much better. If you do look into flexdex. They are awesome!
